How we use AI
- Our AI-assisted workflows help set up union and prevailing wage rate rules on behalf of our clients. This helps streamline new rate and rule additions on your behalf.
After you submit your union rate or prevailing wage determinations to us, our AI allows us to scan and pull information quickly from the information that you submit. Then a TradeSeal team member will review and audit for accuracy on your behalf and you'll receive automated status updates. There’s a client approval checkpoint before going live.

HCM TradeSeal is available in three different tiers, Basic, Standard & Enterprise. Below are the system capabilities of each.
TradeSeal includes:
- Enterprise: Up to 100 EIN/Payroll Ids, 600+employees, and unlimited end users
- Standard: Up to 5 EIN/Payroll IDs, up to 599 employees, and up to 10 end users
- Basic: 1 EIN/Payroll ID Supported, up to 149 employees, and up to 5 end users
